for those many who aren't super geeks, but on the very low-tech end of things... it would be GREAT to have an easy to locate... set of answers to the most frequently asked questions....  how to negotiate within this system... the most basic stuff....  A B C's ... in SIMPLE, non-technical language - always available & easy to see, find.

FAQ's on how to use the forums?  Because I already have a Getting Started page on the home page with instructions on how to listen to audio, download files, chat, stream live workshops and other general info. 

If you could provide me with a set of very basic questions that would have made it easier for you to use the site, I'd be more than happy to document the answers and put them in an easy to find place.
