On the CIM Transcripts Forum, is it possible to increase the attachment max size to 150KB so that I don't have to split a transcript for one meeting into two pieces?

On the CIM Transcripts Forum, is it possible to allow me to be able to delete and edit posts which I have made beyond the 30 minute time limit? I often update the same file (Table of Contents) and I would prefer to just have the latest version available, instead of cluttering up the Forum with upteen various versions of the same file. Also I eventually want to totally replace the TOC thread with a complete new version and not have the older partial version available.
